Do any HOA's currently have policies in place regarding Short Term Rentals (STR's) that they would be willing to share? Of particular interest are HOA's that are single family residences.
The only policy that we have other than the county STR policies is that we allow 2 parking spaces per rental if needed no matter the size of the unit.
Keystone Ranch HOA passed the following re str's.
