KOA History |
- Originated in the 1980's as the Ralston Presidents Association, then went dormant.
- Revived in the 1990's as the Keystone Owners Association (KOA) with a focus on Vail-managed properties.
- Re-focused in 2010 to represent all HOA's in Keystone
- Overseen by a Board of nine Directors elected to represent a cross-section of Keystone. Directors are limited to two three-year terms.
- Membership is open to all HOA's within the boundaries of Keystone.
- Annual membership dues are $225.
- An Annual Membership meeting is normally held on July 3rd each year.
