The Keystone Ranch is looking for companies that perform Reserve Studies for HOA's.  If you have a contact you're willing to share, please respond to this topic or get in contact with John Pringle.

Hi John.  At the Red Hawk Lodge, I've been digging into our most recent reserves study, done in late 2020, by Reserve Advisors, an LLC out of Milwaukee.  Reading it a few weeks ago, I was really impressed with how comprehensive and well-written it is, so I figured I should respond to your post.  KRPM must have found them for the Red Hawk, since they are our PMs.  For what it's worth, the author is a licensed reserve analyst, and his name is Nicholas M. Johanning.  Their url is www.reserveadvisors.com.  Good luck!

    John:

I see that you have already received some input to your question.  I'll just add that our management team recommends either Aspen Reserves or Association Reserves.  I was also advised to spend a little extra to have photos taken.  Hope this helps.
