Insurance to Value (ITV) - how much of a home's rebuilding cost (per square foot) an insurer will pay in a covered claim:  cost to replace or repair.  We are renewing our insurance.  Our current ITV is at 300 ($300/sq ft).  Our insurer, Farmers, is suggesting this number be between 300 -350.  Do we need to increase this item?  What ITV are other HOA's covered for?

Confirming, Lenawee is at $330/sqft, $12.8 million. We target based on recommendations and input from our agent (Kinser) and our building type and history.
